The Bullaun Ark

The Bullaun Ark is an ongoing biodynamic regenerative farm in County Galway, led by Charles Carr and continuously developed through hands-on growing, experimentation, and refinement. Established in 2018, the farm uses no-dig, chemical-free methods alongside companion planting, crop rotation, and other regenerative techniques to produce high-quality vegetables, edible flowers, and specialty crops. The project reflects a long-term commitment to soil health, biodiversity, and premium local food production, with produce supplied to leading restaurants and the wider food community.
